✅ Description:
Olarif is indicated for the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis, characterized by itching, redness, swelling, and watering of the eyes caused by allergens such as pollen, dust, or animal fur.
Olopatadine, the active ingredient in Olarif, is a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist. It works by blocking histamine activity and preventing its release from mast cells. This dual action relieves allergic symptoms and stabilizes ocular tissues, reducing redness, itching, and irritation.

✔️ Dosage & Administration of Olarif
Adults and Children (≥3 years):
Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) twice daily, approximately 6–8 hours apart.
Directions for Use:
- For external ophthalmic use only.
- Wash your hands before use.
- Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including the eye.
- If using contact lenses, remove them before application and reinsert after 10–15 minutes.
- Use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.

- Abnormal eye sensation
- Headache, asthenia, or blurred vision
- Burning or stinging sensation
- Dry eyes or foreign body sensation
- Eyelid swelling, pruritus, or hyperemia

- Taste disturbances (rare)
Most side effects are mild and temporary. Consult a physician if irritation persists.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Olopatadine or any component of the formulation.
